Integrated Management Systems Policy As MIRA GIDA, we aim to be environmentally conscious, reduce pollution, provide a healthy and safe working environment, produce safe food, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout all process stages of our "GLUTEN-FREE BAKERY PRODUCTS" operations.

• Using natural resources efficiently, increasing recycling and recovery, and taking the necessary measures to reduce or completely eliminate the negative environmental impacts of our activities,

• Using environmentally friendly equipment and technologies in all processes for a sustainable environment,

• Identifying, implementing, and enforcing measures to prevent occupational accidents and diseases,

• Preventing environmental damage by separating waste at its source,

• Producing under hygienic conditions,

• Providing continuous hygiene and sanitation training to our personnel,

• Continuously improving both internal and external stakeholders on hygiene and sanitation culture,

• Conducting risk assessments with the participation of occupational health and safety professionals and employees to achieve acceptable risk levels,
