Gluten-Free Chocolate Brownie

Ingredients
200 g unsalted butter
250 g dark chocolate
3 eggs
1½ cups granulated sugar (≈ 300 g)
50 g Mionel Gluten-Free Flour
1 packet of vanilla sugar (or 1 tsp vanilla extract)
1 cup finely chopped walnuts (≈ 100 g)
Melt the butter and dark chocolate together using a double boiler (bain-marie) method. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and sugar with a mixer until light and creamy. Gently add in the melted chocolate mixture and stir to combine. Add Mionel Gluten-Free Flour and vanilla, and continue mixing until smooth. Fold in the chopped walnuts. Pour the batter into a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 25 minutes.
