Mushroom & Egg Gluten-Free Toast
Toasted Mionel Gluten-Free Toast Loaf
2 tsp whipped labneh
1 soft-boiled egg
6–7 small sliced mushrooms
1 tsp olive oil
Sea salt
Fresh thyme
Mixed spices (optional)
Sauté the sliced mushrooms in olive oil with a pinch of sea salt. Spread the labneh on the toasted bread, layer the mushrooms and egg slices and top with fresh thyme and a sprinkle of your favourite spices.

Strained yogurt

Mix strained yogurt with minced garlic and salt.
